“This place is horrible. Thought we booked a cabin nope a hotel room in the back that was made to look like a cabin The room we stayed in room 123. Walking up little wooden patio was need of a sanding and paint very worn Is a joke .. walk in place smelled musty. Light switch broken by the bed. Bedding dirty had stains on comforter, bathroom very worn and needs maintenance. Bathroom vent broken and missing cover light over mirror tore up shower curtain did fit the length of the tub thats...

“Beach is best part of this hotel. Hotel is old and dirty. The water park was very gross. It had slim on outside of water slides and pool floor was dirty. Half of the park was not functioning. I did not let my child play in it.”

“We rented the place for the jacuzzi and to relax, but the experience was the opposite. The room was in terrible condition: water was leaking from under the toilet, and the jacuzzi handle was broken. We reported the issues, but no one ever came to fix it..... It was a bad experience; I do not recommend this hotel.”

“Staff in the office were pleasant and helpful. Nice beach for guests. Air conditioning worked great. Room size was good but everything needs updating. 3 floors with no elevator. Stain on linens(bedding/towels). Wall lamp with no plug- just the wires hanging at the end. Dirty towel still behind bathroom door. Could list more but you get the idea.”

“This was actually the most disgusting stay I have ever had, anywhere. Do not book this hotel, thinking you will be in one of the renovated rooms… with the chance of being in an old unit. We did not have a lakefront view, as the pictures show. There was no beautiful, new wood paneling, as shown. We were put in 3 rooms that had not been touched in probably 20 years. Aside from them being old and outdated, the state of the room was horrendous. We had fire alarms go off, from the steak of the...
